The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants in Harbour Town, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and have nice-sized balconies, offering a view of the water from the bay side. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can rent bikes for a reasonable price and explore the beautiful bike trails in the area. The hotel offers various activities and has a lively lobby in the evenings.
The hotel has a limited number of elevators, which can be inconvenient if there are any malfunctions.

The hotel was in a great location, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and beautiful views nearby. It was also clean and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious and had a great water view, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The pool was very small and there was no pool bar or snack bar, which was a disappointment.
